| As one of the recent additions to DC, Hype is one of the most random persons that DC ever had. He is one of the most optimistic and cheerful persons, never gives up on his goal and keeps pushing forward.
Hype had no experience under his belt. As part of a minor thug group on the empty night streets of Bucharest, he thought the town had no opportunities for a new life or profit. He decided to book a flight to the sandy beaches of Vice City, Florida, the new crime jewel of the United States.
As soon as he arrived, Hype decided to look for anything that he could get his hands dirty on. Those days in Vice City were revolution days. The local protection forces, the VCPD, aswell as the feds and the SWAT, were struggling in a constant chase after members of a criminal group known as the Furies. More than that, a revolution against the Government was ongoing, with Marcell and Morphine being the leaders. Hype tried getting deeper into business with those Guerillas, but he was not able to dig up too much.
Hype tried his luck as a freelancer, being on duty as a regular police officer. He managed to acquire enough cash to be able to live properly for the next few months.
1 week after his arrival, Lita invited him to join the Licavoli Family. Despite the group's powerful momentum that it had, the group disbanded fast, due to the ignorance of the leader and other members that were not willing to participate.
His work for the department allowed him to purchase property on a street close of the Leaf Links Golf Arena, in Vice Point. The area was quite peaceful and perfect for a hideout.
Hype was able to purchase vehicles for personal transport. His blue Admiral enabled him to easily transport people and evade any unnecessary brawl.
Hype tried enclining himself towards the Furies. A few months of dirty work for them, however, were not enough to impress Klaus, the leader of the group. It was at this time Hype decided to return back to Bucharest for unfinished business. House and car in Vice City left unattended...
Soon enough, Hype returned using a fake passport, due to the heat that he accumulated back in Romania. He was listed in the dossiers of the DIICOT for organized crime, drug deals, robberies and shootings.
For months, the luck went around him. Winning local events like the lottery and the marathon held by some of the Police Department's commanders, aswell as working for the VCPD once again to regain his money, he managed to put himself back in place.
Weeks later, Hype met one of the leaders of a criminal group located in Downtown Vice City. It was Nylez who suggested him to join them and help them gain notoriety on the streets of Vice City.
A month passed fast and Hype managed to acheive success as a new addition to the ranks of the Downtown Cougars. After the departure of Pups and Nylez from the ranks of the Cougars, it was Sockom and Stalker that were chosen to lead the Cougars further and guide them to success. Hype supported the Cougars and helped them grow.
